headset only:
- download file
- download mobile VR station (on meta quest store)
- follow this file path:
local files < android < data < scoped storage < scoped storage actions
- select "step 1: request access" 
- on the text at the top, click on the root folder (probably "quest 2" or "quest 3"
    - if you're confused, its the actual text at the top
- now find your downloads folder
- open it, scroll through until you find the downloaded apk
    - click the ⛶ icon @ top corner of the file UI
- wait for it to download

it should be in your "unknown sources" (found in the app library!)
